Since generating our first chips in our former Philadelphia facility in 2010 Munz Machine LLC has prided itself in our diverse manufacturing capabilities and ability to navigate through situations that are often challenging if not downright bizzare.
Capabilities
The majority of our work eminates from any of several 3 and 4 axis CNC milling machines with table capacities up to 50 x 20 inches on the X and Y.
Drive
Our founder laments that he doesn’t have a dollar for every time he was asked “who’s your father” in a professional setting. Munz Machine was birthed in the depths of the financial crisis on personal savings and the occasional unemployment check.

Our practical knowledge of engineering, material sourcing, and efficient manufacturing processes makes us invaluable to local producers who cannot afford to spend the time it take to work with foreign vendors or the financial costs of working with specialized vendors who add needless cost and complexity to projects.
Prototyping
We have developed, manufactured, and sold several products with elements that were molded out of molded silicon rubber, hot pressed synthetic foam, vacuum formed ABS, and compression molded carbon fiber.
